Cancellation / Refunds Policy:

Please note cancellation charges apply. Upon booking, 50% of the course fee is immediately non-refundable. Bookings which are cancelled less than 1 month prior to the course are 100% non-refundable.

In very exceptional cases it may be possible to change the training dates booked to a later date providing we have a minimum of 1 months notice in writing to request a date change.

Cancellation of any course by the company itself will mean full repayment of fees to the candidate. We reserve the right to amend or cancel any training date or location. Should this be necessary our staff will contact delegates immediately and arrange an alternative date. We do not accept responsibility for any travel expenses or accommodation costs from delegates.

We reserve the right to cancel course bookings or withdraw delegates from the course that we feel to be disruptive, defamatory or impeding of our courses.

All courses purchased are to be booked and used within 12 months.

All courses are non-refundable after three months of purchase.

Training Course Bookings:

Payment is required at the time of booking. Privacy Policy – We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

A certificate of completion of the course will be issued upon completion.

Training course models will be provided for the purpose of education. We do not require delegates to bring their own models. Delegates will share the consultation and treatment plan holistically for each model on the day of the course to reinforce a team learning exercise and enable interactive practical sessions. There may be different trainers across each course to allow for variety in the theory and practical sessions.

Food will be provided by the company, please make us aware of any special dietary needs a week prior to the course so we can fulfil your requirements.

Please be aware that any delegates arriving late to the course may not be able to participate in the course or certified.

We do not accept any liability for the cost of any travel expenses or hotel/accommodation costs incurred by delegates to attend our courses.

Course aftercare and support are offered to all delegates and guidance to help find employment will also be offered through our affiliations with aesthetic recruitment agencies. We do not, however, guarantee employment for all delegates as we are predominantly a training provider and not a recruitment company.

The Aesthetic industry is currently unregulated within the UK. Like many authorised training providers, our curriculum has been assessed and approved by cosmetic indemnity providers who provide recognition & authorisation of indemnity. With this status being held, we can not be held responsible if:
• The guidelines change.
• There are further requirements for future qualification which are not met by Derma Medical’s training structure.

Photography:

We ask delegates not to take any photographs or videos during any of our training courses. Before and After photographs that are taken for the purposes of your training portfolio remain the property of Derma Medical and are only for use as part of your training record. These images are not available for delegates to use in their own professional portfolios or on their social media/web pages.

Derma Medical may take photos on the training day for use on our website, social media pages and marketing activities. All delegates will be asked to opt-in when completing the course registration at the beginning of the day. If you do not wish to be included in any course photos, please notify the coordinator on the day and step away from any photographs being taken. In line with legislation, you have the right to change your mind at any time and request we remove any photograph with you in from our website or social media accounts. If you have any concerns or would like us to remove a photo of you, please contact training@dermamedical.se.

Klarna 

Please spend responsibly. Borrowing more than you can afford could seriously affect your financial status. Make sure you can afford to make your monthly repayments on time.

Derma Medical is not a lender and acts only as an introducer. The credit product is provided by Klarna Bank AB (publ). Credit is only available to permanent Swedish residents aged 18 and over, depending on their status. Terms and conditions apply. Please note that Pay in 30 days and Pay in 3 instalments are not regulated by the FCA. 

Terms & Conditions – Models

Any additions have been outlined in bold. There was only a minor change to clinic location. Model treatments are performed for cosmetic reasons and because of this, the results can only be assessed subjectively. Therefore, whilst we advise as to the probable result, this should in no way be interpreted as a guarantee. Given the nature of the treating practitioners, the results may not be the same as with a more experienced practitioner. Standard doses / safe quantities of product will be used during this training exercise, and we inject standard landmarks and doses in line with our curriculum. For a more tailored treatment please attend our clinic where Dr Zack Ally will be able to assist you.

(Added to 3 below in bold) For any other issues please note that the consent form signed on the day of treatment outlines that ‘given the nature of the treating practitioners the results may not be the same as with a more experienced practitioner’. We teach standard landmarks and doses for each treatment.

For this reason, you may not be able to achieve the same bespoke result that you can in a clinic with an experienced practitioner. Multiple treatments, are likely required to achieve desired results. Please note, filler is charged per syringe per treatment area. If you would like more than 1 syringe or a “top up” this will be priced per ml as a separate treatment.

Model review appointment slots for courses scheduled times only – out of hours reviews are unavailable. Please note: These are usually in the morning. The weekdays available for reviews do vary weekly due to our teaching schedule. We will do our best to accomodate you within these hours. + Added statement from Matt: You can add this to the end of the first paragraph ‘terms and conditions’ before cancellations/refunds.

If you consent for photographs to be shared online please be aware that, once posted, distribution is no longer fully under our control. If, at a later date, you wish your photo to be removed we will remove from all Derma Medical social media and do everything in our power to remove it from anywhere else it may be present but please note this may not be possible in all circumstances.
